Louise holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Construction Management from The University of Cape Town, an LLM Construction Law Master’s Degree from the University of Strathclyde and an MBA.
She has worked predominantly in the construction industry for nearly 20 years, with experience in Infrastructure and Traditional Builds, both commercial and residential. Her work experience spans Europe, Africa and the Middle East, working with government bodies, private clients and education trusts.
She has been responsible for all commercial aspects of construction projects from pre-construction to handover, overseeing budgets in excess of £100 million on some of the larger infrastructure projects.
Louise is a member of The Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE) United States (Awarded Member), Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) United Kingdom (Probationer) and Society of Chartered Surveyors (SCS) Republic of Ireland (Probationer).
